1.     Vote to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held November 19, 2008.

 2.     Vote to open the meeting to the public.

3.     Swearing-in ceremony for Lieutenant Mark Hilpert - Fire Department.

 4.     Vote to go into Executive Session under Personnel - Police Department RE: Promotions.

 5.     Discussion/vote on promotions to position of Captain, Lieutenant and Sergeant for Torrington Police Department.

 6.     Vote to go into Executive Session under Pending Litigation - Police Department, inviting Police Chief Milano, Deputy Police Chief Maniago, Personnel Director Tom Gritt, and Attorney Anne Rajotte.

7.     Vote to go into Executive Session under Personnel - Police Department, inviting Richard Cerutti, Police Chief Milano, Deputy Police Chief Maniago, Personnel Director Tom Gritt, and Attorneys Anne Rajotte and Francis Grady.  

 8.     Vote to go into Executive Session under Personnel - Police Department, inviting Police Chief Milano and Deputy Police Chief Maniago.

 9.     Vote to accept Chief Field’s Report for November 2008.  (To be handed out at meeting.)

10.     Vote to accept Deputy Chief Giampaolo’s Report for November 2008.

11.     Vote to accept the Fire Marshal’s Report for November 2008.

12.     Vote to accept the Training Officer’s Report for November 2008.  

13.     Vote to accept the Incident Report for November 2008.

15.     Vote to accept the EMS Provider Activity Report from Campion for November 2008. (Not available.)

16.     Vote to accept the Emergency Management Coordinator’s Report  (Not available.)

18.     Vote to consider business by Volunteer Fire Departments.

19.      Vote to consider business by Mayor and members of the Board of Public Safety.
